Shipping:

HOW FAST WILL YOUR ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on what you order, unless specified otherwise in product description.  Our products are made in small batches, which is why it can take us a bit longer to deliver it to you, but please know we do our very best to get packages out as soon as possible.

If you need your order for a special occasion or event, please let us know so we can do our best to rush your order!

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide!

CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Save The Parade will declare FULL $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Returns:

If you don’t love your Save The Parade piece, simply send an email to returns@savetheparade1969.com within 14 days and we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Once we get your returned goods, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a refund.

- If we do not receive tracking on your return package within 5 days, your return will be terminated.

- Shipping fees will not be credited unless we messed up on our end.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between 11/24 and 12/24 have 30 days to inquire for returns.
