If you don’t like an item for any reason, simply send an email to email@example.com within 14 days and we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Once we get your returned goods, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a refund!
- Shipping fees will not be credited unless we messed up on our end.

For further information, please contact your local customs office. Private Arts will declare FULL $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
